We turn AI overwhelm into working systems your people own.

The Barn is Arla Food's multi-award-winning inhouse creative agency. When we started working with them in 2024, some of the team were already dabbling in generative AI. More than half of them regularly used AI at home, yet 72% felt they lacked the skills to bring the technology into their day jobs.

An enthusiastic and curious team, they were keen to learn and early experiments were blooming. However, trust, capability and governance lagged. Our brief was clear: turn scattered pilots into a disciplined programme, enabling the team to use AI to achieve their goal of "changing food culture for the better" and build out the next generation of powerful brands for Arla.

"The transformation wasn't driven by technology alone, it was fuelled by co-creation, leadership, and the energy of 150+ colleagues learning together."

Cisco is one of the world's leading AI technology companies. When it came to their 600-strong global marketing team, they wanted the same ambition: not just to keep up with AI, but to lead with it.

We ran Cisco's AI Accelerator programme across FY26, equipping the team with training, hands-on use cases and live experiments. A year in, the function has the capability and the confidence to do something harder: redesign how they work.

"Deft quickly understood where Cisco was heading with its AI strategy. They helped us move beyond capability-building into something harder: giving our teams the confidence and know-how to redesign how they work."

Leading remote connectivity platform, TeamViewer's 120-strong global marketing team knew real AI adoption had to be led from within, built by the teams around the challenges they face day-to-day.

We co-created the Work Smarter programme with their leadership, exploring ethics, creativity and governance alongside five live pilots spanning AI imagery, campaign briefing, personas and productivity. The central idea held throughout: when talented humans work with AI tools, everybody wins.

"Deft's team brought AI to life for us, making it approachable, impactful, and perfectly tailored for our needs."
