Claire McHardy’s talk highlighted the critical challenges of bias, the 'sea of sameness,' and cultural nuance in AI. It was an honour to see our work with Creative Equals & ISBA on inclusive prompting given a shout out on stage too.
Inclusive prompting is essential to mitigate biases embedded in AI, ensuring more nuanced and representative outcomes while having a critical eye on the outputs. This is a hot space we’ll see marketers being much crisper about how AI is used to support inclusion rather than reinforce bias.
